In order to tackle this issue, Ginkgo Management Consulting supported its client with the set up of a Digital Transformation Office to streamline and centrally foster the technical and cultural initiation of new technology. An overall group strategy for this theme has been in place however a regionalized strategy has been missing. Moreover, the relevant business and IT teams could not agree on one joint message. To tackle those issues, Ginkgo Management Consulting supported its client by preparing, facilitating, and revised a Digital Strategy Workshop and successfully created one joint message on the theme Smart Factory strategy for the region North America.

The definition of this big data strategy as well as an assessment of performance and risks to close that gap was the project task. In addition, a conception of SLAs for 3rd party service providers, data center relocation, and support of the rollout strategy was done.
